Eating Your Words Can Be a Good Thing! In honour of National Poetry Month, Poetry Gabriola Society is happy to sponsor a day of live, poetic perFARMance!
Robin A. Sams lives in Nanaimo. She has a B.A. in English with a concentration in creative writing and in Classical Philology from Hollins University.
This Pop-Up Poetry Workshop will be led by spoken word artist Jeremy Loveday. Jeremy is best known for taking on tough social and political subjects from a place of personal vulnerability. This workshop will explore spoken word as a tool of self-expression and changemaking. The workshop will be participatory, fun, and open to poets of all skills and comfort levels.
